Reg, I have a Massey Ferguson GC2300 with the same issue you have the anti-sway turnbuckle on the lifting arms restrict the lifting arms to go wide enough to attach to the implement. I took a wrench and loosened the nut on the anti-sway turnbuckle to allow length of the turnbuckle to be longer which also allows the lighting arms to spread wider.
