FF- I think what they're refering to is the fuel cut-off switch. That doesn't control fuel pressure except to either stop the pressure or start it. It simply cut's the fuel pump off in the case of an accident. Also, cranks and turns over are the same thing. Yesterday I tried to start it and it turned over like it was supposed to but it never fired. I cranked it until the battery started to fade.
