Jack Sparrow is great too, but also has a good amount of low yield material cards. I did miles down because it was easier to learn for me. I did 100 cards daily but even that is slow for me right now tbh.A lot of smaller details can be reasoned out on the exam or from the passage/experiment described. The MileDown deck contains all of the mid to high yield topics in my opinon. It's better to spend more time practicing and seeing for yourself if you really need those cards. So to answer your question, I would recommend doing the MileDown anki deck once you are comfortable with the material. Remember that for a section like CP, Anki would most help with you memorizing formulas (for physics) and organic chemistry reaction mechanisms.
