Helping Hands of Yuma (Formerly Greater Foothills Helping Hands), was founded by Lucille Arnold-Harris in 1996 when she recognized the need to provide support to the seniors in the community in order for them to remain living independently. In 1998 we received our 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable status.
