Pulled the #3 fuse from the TIPM and the CHMSL remains on and brightens when brake is applied. #weird.Checking continuity at the switch terminals tells you if the switch is good or not. Sometimes is flashes every couple seconds, sometimes is stays solid for a minute, sometimes it flashes every few minutes.
