I am having a similar problem with the power doors on both sides of my '07 Odyssey Touring. They hang, stick and pop both when opening and closing, though on closing its more just hanging and not sliding closed without trying several times. Its been suggested that this would be caused by the actuators, but I am unsure if that is the case.Ask the body shop to check on your rear (proximity/distant) sensors and make sure they are all working. Apparently, if the rear sensors sound off (activated), the liftgate function is disabled.
