Field stripped when I first got it home everything seemed tight and didn't make any noise. Stripped factory grease from it and now there is a small rattle from the FCU/ right hand side of FCU when looking down the frame. If a hundred owners have an issue and go to the internet and complain it seems like a mountain of problems when in truth its statistically a tiny blip. 99% or higher are trouble free. I had FTE/FTF problems and RTB issues with my early 2018 stock p365 when SIG fitted the slides to rails extremely tight. After a ton of manually cycling the slide for hours and about 300+ of Nato 124gr rounds in the slide was smooth as glass and my problems went away. I hope you're able to pinpoint the exact problem. The actual shape of the bullet nose at the opening can be picky, tho. One will never have an issue, another might. How it rides up the ramp and the feed angle where it intersects can be touchy.

Ordered a couple 12 rounders from Osage county, in the meantime I picked up a 12 rounder at a gun store. It was about as hard to load 12 round, like the 10 rounders were.

Fortunately it causes no problem with my XL hands. I have discovered I shoot just as well with the flush 10 round mag though. I don't think the pinky finger serves much purpose with a handgun, the 2 middle fingers (and left hand) are the clamping power.
