The Y bridge i have has a machined grove in the faces where it meets the intake and the seal is held on both sides so it cant move once torqued down to the engine. If you issue is with the oring staying in place while installing the part, i would put a couple dabs of RTV on the y bridge to retain the seals and then install it.

There is about a 1/4" clearance between the bolt head and the turbo compressor housing, and that is not going to be enough to slide the bolt out (I had to modify wrench just to get it loose).
