Ford f150 turns over but wont start.

Its an 04 f150 4x4 with the 5.4 in it. Been shifting strange lately, the good old "take it out of OD and it shifts fine" deal. Well I disconnected the battery to clear codes, and it started running really rough, went through the fuses found and replaced one. Suddenly is won't turn over.
