If you haven't already read/listened, I'd definitely recommend it. Also, Phuc Tran's "Sigh, Gone" was a fantastic listen. Both Tara and Phuc's books are memoirs about their difficult (and at times straight up abusive) childhoods, but are written in a thoughtful and captivating way. Phuc's in particular is oddly funny.
